To make your life easier. Your account contains all the information you need to track your order. It also enables you to find all the orders you have already placed. No more unnecessary headaches to choose the right size or to know if you have already ordered a garment. Your order history will help you for all your future purchases! In this section, you will also be able to see the delivery status of your latest order and the payment method you selected.

Don't worry, we all know what a 'Mummy Brain' is at Milk Away!
We know that it is not always easy to remember your password amongst all your other passwords. You have juggled between your date of birth, your shoe size and the initials of your little darling, but nothing works! No problem, just click on the 'Recover my password' button and follow the instructions.
Did you get married? You've moved? Congratulations! Proud to have chosen to take your husband's surname, or eager to fill your new wardrobe ? You have to adapt your data on your 'My Milk Away' account ! How do you do it?
1. From your'My Milk Away' account.
Send us your requests to change all the important information in your profile (name, email address, contact details, phone number and password) by clicking on " access my personal data", and then on " change my personal data". Finalise all this by clicking on " Send my request" to confirm the changes made (yes we know, it's basic, but we really wanted to offer you complete FAQ's!)
2. We are here for you!
To change your profile information contact us at womum@milk-away.com or via our form and we will make the changes for you!
Don't panic, these things happen. You have already placed an order with Milk Away but your email address is not recognised. This probably means that your account has not been activated and that your latest order was made without a My Milk Away acount.
The procedure is simple: create your 'My Milk Away' account here.

Changed your mind? Did you order the wrong item? No problem!
Send us an email to womum@milk-away.com or contact us via our form and select 'Cancellation & Return'.
Important and useful :
- If your order has not yet been prepared, you can always cancel it.
- If your order is already on its way, you will be able to return it after receiving it.
- Orders placed with a coupon code can unfortunately not be cancelled.
- Beware Wondermums! No change of address is possible after an order has been confirmed. However, you can always cancel the said order and place a new one with a different address (taking into account the above information).
You have just placed an order on Milk Away, you have successfully passed the validation stage but you have not received an email confirming your order? No worries, once your order is validated, you are sure to receive it at the address you indicated.
I still need to be 100% sure, what can I do?
1. Have you checked your mailbox?
To begin with, make sure that our order confirmation email has not landed in your spam. Check the different folders in your email box. Do not hesitate to register Milk Away in your contacts and/or as legitimate mail, you will not have to repeat this again for your future orders.
2. Have you checked your customer account and email address?
You can also check the email address you have registered in your customer account. Go to the ' My Orders' tab in your account. You should find your order history there. If your order does not appear, it means that it has not been completed. We suggest you place a new order.
If, despite these checks, there are still doubts or if you are unable to finalise your order, contact us via our form or send us an e-mail to womum@milk-away.com
Did you receive a different item than the one you ordered? The size of your article, its colour or the model does not suit?
Please return the item in question, making sure that it complies with all the conditions of return, and check the availability of the desired item on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make an exchange.
If the desired item is available, our advice is to order it as soon as possible. The returned item will be refunded as soon as possible once received (depending on the chosen payment method).
If we made a mistake, we apologise! We will, of course, refund your shipping costs.
If you receive an item(s) in the wrong size or colour twice in a row, we suggest you contact us directly.
Forgot an item you've been dying to put on to breastfeed in style? A new item has appeared and you absolutely must have it but you have already placed an order?
At Milk Awaywe do not forget that the planet is our mother ! That's why we are always careful to group orders to avoid multiple packaging and unnecessary multiple shipments. No need to worry. Send us an e-mail without further ado to womum@milk-away.com mentioning your order numbers.
If your orders have not yet been picked up by the carrier and have the same delivery address, we will be happy to group them and refund any unnecessary delivery charges.
Always with ecology in mind, if you have several orders on the same day with the same name and the same recipient address, your items will automatically make the journey together thanks to John, our logistics pro!
It's quite simple, we love surprises and gifts! All the more reason to help you hide the price if your order is meant to please!
Just an order form will be slipped into the gift package for orders in Europe. However, for surprises sent outside Europe, we are required to add the invoice that the carrier needs for possible taxes and customs fees.
Whether it's a present for your best friend's baby shower, a package slipped under the tree or next to the birthday cake, the surprise will be total!
Hell and damnation! You fell in love with an item, you had saved it in your favourites and suddenly, drama! Your favourite item is no longer available and you can't order it.
It's true, some of the clothes in our collection are victims of their own success and sell out in record time. Fortunately, we have planned to restock according to the requests and expectations of our favourite MUM'bers.

Delivery
To make your life more agreable and let you enjoy your Milk Away clothes as soon as possible, you can have your order delivered according to the delivery method that suits you best. At home or at work, express or standard delivery.
You have validated your order and are excited about the arrival of your package? Nothing could be more normal. As soon as your order leaves the hands of our super Dad, John, for those of the deliveryman, we will send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a tracking link to follow the status of the delivery.
If you already have your order tracking number, you can check the tracking in real time.

To track your package from your customer account:
Log in to your 'My Milk Away' account with your login details.
Click on'My Orders' and select the relevant order.
In the summary table of the ordered items, click on'Track online delivery' (located on the top left).
A new window opens and enables you to follow your package step-by-step.
Your package is indicated as delivered but you have not yet received it? We suggest you check your mailbox.
If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery service you have chosen should have left a delivery notice. You then have two options:
- Contact the chosen delivery service to arrange for a new delivery date.
- Pick up your package at the chosen pick-up point.
Unfortunately, for reasons beyond our control, some parcels may take longer than expected to reach you, or get lost. Some packages may also be delivered to a drop-off point instead of your delivery address. You will be notified directly by the carrier. If the problem persists, we remain available via our email address womum@milk-away.com. We will do our best to find an appropriate solution.
That's it! You've just picked up your order and... You are, unfortunately, missing one or more items.
Before rushing to your voodoo doll to cast a spell on us, check that the missing item(s) are indicated as delivered. If you can't find the said item(s), don't hesitate to contact us via our form or at womum@milk-away.com, mentioning your order number and the missing item(s). We will find a solution together to deliver it (or them) as soon as possible!

First things first; send us an email to womum@milk-away.com with your new address. After that, it will depend on the status of your order. To find out, please log into your My Milk Away account and check the status of your delivery.
- If it hasn't been processed yet, don't worry! We will process your email with your new address and take care of the rest!
- If, unfortunately (or luckily), we have been very quick and your order has already been processed, we will only be able to make the necessary changes if the carrier has not yet picked up your package.
- If, however, your order is already with the carrier of your choice, we advise you to contact them directly to see if a change of address is still possible.

How long will it take to receive your order?
As soon as we receive your payment, we ship your package within 24 hours.
To receive your order, you need to be patient and count the following delivery times according to your choice: 2 to 7 working days (Monday to Saturday) in Europe. Outside Europe, count 4 to 10 working days.
All the details regarding your delivery will be provided in your confirmation email.
Yes! We deliver your Milk Away items anywhere in the world. The shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process.
However, we would like to draw your attention to any taxes that may be charged at the border, for which you are responsible.
You've been waiting for it impatiently for a few days and, upon delivery, you realise that your package has been mistreated. Before filing a complaint with the SPPL (Société Protectrice des Paquets Livrés), here's how to proceed to not bear responsibility in case of damage or theft of the ordered items:
- Take pictures of your package, of any damage, traces of opening, dirt ...
- Do not hesitate to mention any damage to the deliveryman or at the relay point at the time of receipt of your parcel or even to refuse it.
Send us without delay the photos, the number of your order and any other proof via our email address at womum@milk-away.com, we will find a fast and efficient solution to resend ASAP your order.
Payment
The different means of payment offered by Milk Away are :
- Visa / CB / Bancontact Maestro / Mastercard or American Express
- Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay
You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of payment and a confirmation email of your order (if you have not yet added Milk Away to your contacts or as legitimate mail, don't forget to check your spam/junk mail).
For each order, you will find all the details of the prices and taxes. The prices are displayed including VAT and your total is detailed in prices including VAT. The calculated VAT will be indicated once the order is placed.
You have opted for the Milk Away Touch on the beach in the Maldives or on the corner of 44th Avenue? Three words: we love you!!!
The prices mentioned on the website do not take into account customs taxes. It might be, therefore, that your order is subject to certain customs fees depending on the country of destination. These costs are at your expense and must be paid directly to the carrier upon receipt of the package. Keep this in mind to avoid unpleasant surprises when you finalise your order or when you receive it.
Even if you don't manage to finalise your order, it is strictly forbidden to throw your laptop or computer out the window or to stomp on your smartphone. Our MUM'bers know how to behave!
Always take the time to check that your order is complete, that your account has all the information required for billing and delivery and that no error messages appear on your screen.
Even if we try to offer the best possible services, we are never safe from a bug on our website. Obviously, in this case, we will not fail to inform you on the homepage.
If the problem persists at the payment stage, please contact the bank or institution that issued your payment method.

Returns & Refunds
- Damn, I screwed up, too big a splurge.
- Heck, I ordered the wrong size.
- Actually, it doesn't fit me at all.
In short, you want to return an item?
Don't worry MUM's, you have 14 working days to make a return from the time you receive your order.
Before returning one or more items, please make sure you respect our return policy and contact us via our form by selecting'Cancellation & return' or send us an email at womum@milk-away.com mentioning your order number and the reason for your return.
Once our conditions are checked and the email is sent, it is very simple:
1. Prepare the package
Put the item back in the package and affix the return address on top of the delivery label (take care to make all traces of the previous delivery label invisible).
2. Send the item back
Deposit your package in a post office and keep the proof of deposit. We strongly advise taking the tracking option for your package.
3. You are reimbursed!
After receiving your return package, you will be refunded within 5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been processed.
